Crinum 'Apostle'
Don't confuse this very old pass-along plant with 'Twelve Apostles', another old time Crinum hybrid. 'Apostle' has nearly white flowers, whereas 'Twelve Apostles' has reddish flowers. The origins of 'Apostle' are unknown, to many it seems very much like C. powellii album.
